Job summary

AVIAN, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Journeyman to lead the PMA-276 supply chain for systems and equipment at Patuxent River, MD. You will plan, coordinate, and manage wholesale/retail supply support, interfacing with DOD services and contractors.

This role requires a DoD security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and 3–10 years of operational logistics experience to optimize logistics posture and resource use within an employee-owned organization.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in Acquisition, Logistics Management, Business, Engineering, or Management.
• Three to ten years of full-time experience in operational logistics support or maintenance engineering; IPS requirements analysis; planning experience.
• Must have a DoD security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for PMA-276 program across systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with DOD, NAVSUP WSS, DLA, fleet, field activities and contractors.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate supply chain processes and life cycle costing.
• Forecasting and analysis to optimize logistics posture and resource use.
• Maintain inventory levels and support modifications/maintenance programs.
