What you will do

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all shipping and receiving activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Maintain accurate inventory records, organize shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Collaborate with various departments to optimize the supply chain process.

  • Oversees day to day operations of the warehouse, including stock moves and accurate inventories.
  • Collaborates with production team to prioritize shipments based on customer requirements and production schedules and assigns them to appropriate location.
  • Coordinate with freight carriers and logistics providers to arrange transportation for shipments as well as maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Prepares documentation for all shipments, including packing list, shipping labels, RMA and custom declarations.
  • Oversee the receiving process of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
  • Conducts inspections to verify the quality and accuracy of received items and reports any discrepancies.
  • Completes accurate ERP transactions and reconciliations.
  • Fulfills and processes requests from customer service managers and sales associates and meets delivery commitments.
  • Communicates shipping schedules, delays, and updates.
  • Establishes quality metrics for inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Assists in order packing and coverage for material handling as needed.
  • Maintaining a neat and clean work area free of trash debris, plastic, cardboard, etc.
  • Performs additional duties as requested.
What you will bring
  • Familiar with general warehouse procedures, policies, goals, and objectives.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Must be able to drive machinery safely and efficiently, i.e., forklift, pallet jack.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel.
  • Proven experience in shipping and receiving roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and supply chain logistics.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Familiar with general warehouse procedures, policies, goals, and objectives including international shipments.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Exercise caution and strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
