Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lab and CSRs to align product releases with demand.
• Manage returns, export sample requests, packing notices, and damaged drum reports.
• Prepare hazardous waste manifests and oversee disposal protocols.
• Support adjacent team roles and coordinate with CSRs to meet on-time shipping.
