Job summary

Baltimore County Public Schools is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate to receive, store, pick up, and deliver supplies across the BCPS system. The role requires operating forklifts, pallet movers, and light trucks while maintaining accurate inventories and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year warehousing, distribution, or related experience.
• Valid class C Maryland driver's license or equivalent.
• Knowledge of material handling and delivery principles and warehouse operations.
• Ability to maintain inventory and operate material handling equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and keep delivery records.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains an assigned storage area; organizes stock and conducts inventories.
• Receives deliveries, unloads vehicles, and verifies items against invoices.
• Processes requisitions and delivers items across the BCPS system.
• Operates weight trucks and other vehicles; inspects equipment and routes deliveries.
• Supports office and school relocations and assists drivers as needed.
