The program is designed to be educational and practical, focused on real production logistics projects. You will contribute to evaluating processes, improving flows, and collaborating with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Logistics or related Engineering field
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Supplier Quality is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Visio; PowerBI is a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to work full-time at the plant
• Desire for continuous development and learning opportunities

Responsibilities

• Support and observe logistics planning activities under guidance
• Assist in evaluating processes and developing improvements
• Help optimize material flow and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate on root cause analysis and 8D reports
• Attend meetings and document minutes
• Participate in team activities and other duties as assigned
