What you will do

• Drive opportunities to generate growth, profitability and reduce cost to serve through collaboration with customers to improve end‑to‑end Supply Chain efficiency
• Monitor KPI metrics to understand service and efficiency trends within customers and identify opportunities for improvement (case fill, on‑time, inventory, slow‑moving/obsolete, and logistics efficiency). Share performance information with the team and distributors to develop collaborative approaches to correct inefficient behaviours or fix system disconnects/failures
• Support the enforcement of Supply Chain Terms & Conditions with the customers and vendors
• Drive Colgate Business Process – including warehouse process improvements, E2E freight and fulfilment, refinement and execution of standard operating procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
• Relevant work experience with prior experience in Customer Service, Logistics Operations, Demand/Supply Planning, Purchasing or Sales is desirable
• Experience in Global Customer Supply Chain collaboration is highly preferable
• Excellent communication skills (both internally & externally) and analytical skills are a must
• SAP experience is highly recommended / Utilization of Supply Chain system, data, tools using SAP
