Job Overview

As a Logistics Intelligence Analyst - Fleet, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Director Fleet Solutions in providing analytics and insights to enhance the Fleet Maintenance operations. This role involves contributing to assessments, project management, and communication within a collaborative team environment.

Supports the evaluation of current Fleet Maintenance operations and processes by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting relevant data. Assist with the development, testing, and implementation of new methodologies and techniques to improve company performance.

Working directly with the Supply Insights team, which oversees data engineering, the Analyst Logistics Intelligence - Fleet, will build advanced analytics to support actionable insights and fleet maintenance operations. This position will help to establish beneficial data visibility to the Fleet Maintenance operations and will aid in driving initiatives.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions
  • Assist the Senior Director Fleet Solutions in leading projects within the Fleet Maintenance operations.
  • Support the analysis of existing supply chain processes, systems, and fleet maintenance operations. Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement through the analysis of supply chain data.
  • Work with Fleet Managers on scoping, design, alignment, and execution of fleet projects. Aid in tracking project progress and optimizing resource effectiveness.
  • Collaborate in telling stories involving data sets to convey insights. Assist in presenting recommendations and initiative progress to various stakeholders.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Supply Chain understanding and experience. Functioning understanding of business principles as it relates to fleet, maintenance, logistics and supply chain.
  • Strong appetite for root causing problems using data. Analytical skills the insight to discover data gaps.
  • A foundational understanding of change management and project management skills
  • Ability to articulate data interpretations for a wide audience.
  • Self starter with the ability to meet deadlines, suggest alternatives, and dive change.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to analyzing performance of a complex, high volume fleet operations.
  • Highly effective time management skills: ability to manage competing priorities and ambiguous situations effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain documentation regarding processes, projects, and operations.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field preferred
  • 2 years relevant experience. Exposure to a highly functioning fleet's maintenance operations.
  • Strong analysis and KPI orientation,
  • Change management experience.
  • Ability to conduct basic financial analysis.
  • Strong experience with SQL and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively present information.
  • Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and data base management.

Compensation

The salary rate for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
