The Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) is part of Caterpillar’s Power & Energy segment. What you will do:

Manage a team of staff to execute logistics plans to ensure the right material is in the right location at the right time.
Inspires continuous improvement of logistics processes through process improvement, prioritization, and resource planning.

Degree Requirement

College or university degree, preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Management, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.

What will put you ahead:

Good understanding of the Caterpillar organization, products, policies, and procedures.
A history of delivering results through a series of roles with increasing responsibility.
Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire a team.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
