Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Logistics Governance, Risk, and Compliance Manager to lead risk management across large-scale logistics operations. You will audit, monitor, and enforce compliance strategies, acting as SME for risk analytics and remediation initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership in policy interpretation, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to uphold enterprise standards and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise supply chain risk management experience including compliance monitoring and audits.
• 5+ years of risk analytics, formal audit engagements, and HQ-level monitoring controls.
• Expertise in logistics management best practices and audit readiness standards.
• Knowledge of operational risk analytics and enterprise-wide remediation frameworks.
• Ability to review governing documents and inform operational strategies with data analytics.
• Experience directing HQ-level management review controls and challenging risk postures.
• Background check capability and willingness to pass background screening; active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise supply chain risk management strategies at a large scale.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop remediation strategies for vulnerabilities.
• Perform formal audits, engagements, and ongoing risk analytics.
• Plan, distribute, and monitor work assignments; provide feedback to staff.
• Serve as SME on logistics management, risk analytics, and remediation frameworks.
• Review governing documents and translate policies into actionable strategies.
• Leverage data analytics to direct HQ-level controls and improve risk posture.
• Evaluate program metrics and integrate industry-leading risk management methods.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
