Job summary

CoWorx is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a Temp-to-Hire role in Fort Worth, TX. The worker will locate, move, stack, and track product using Sit-Down and Stand-Up Reach forklifts, with documentation in English and strict safety adherence.

Shift options include Tuesday–Saturday 4pm–12:30am, with potential training on 1st shift (7am–3:30pm). Benefits and weekly pay are provided as part of our comprehensive employee program.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse forklift experience.
• Trained and certified in safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Display a commitment to process excellence.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.

CoWorx is seeking a highly experienced Forklift Operator (Temp-to-Hire) to support our fast-paced distribution center in the south area of Fort Worth, TX!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently locating, moving, stacking, and tracking product within the facility using a Sit-Down and Stand-Up Reach forklift. This role requires proficiency in English to complete documentation and follow safety instructions.
Tuesday-Saturday 4pm-12:30am
Potential training on 1st shift ( 7am-3:30pm)
