Job summary

Continental Battery Systems in Farmers Branch, TX is seeking a Distribution Associate to support our growing logistics team. You will safely recover used batteries and perform warehouse tasks related to shipping, receiving, loading, inventory control, and battery maintenance while following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in daily operations.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and full counts.
• Load/offload vehicles and move goods within the warehouse.
• Perform various warehouse duties as needed.

Title: Distribution Associate

Job Description: A person in this position is responsible to safely recover used batteries and perform warehouse tasks associated with shipping, receiving, loading, inventory control, and battery maintenance, handling equipment to move freight to and from trucks and throughout warehouse, and records the successful processes and procedures required to carry out all functions safely. Experience with safe forklift driving practices and material handling equipment and processes is significant.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous warehouse experience
• 1 year of Forklift experience
• Physically strong (we lift batteries)
