Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pickup orders and delivery operations.
  • Route pickup orders to production staff daily.
  • Track vehicle locations and maintain records of calls.
  • Operate two-way radio equipment per policy and FCC rules.
  • Route same-day donations efficiently and assign vehicles.
  • Supervise assistant dispatcher and conduct briefings when needed.
  • Maintain open communication with Transportation Supervisor/Director of Operations.
  • Keep supervisor informed of vehicle problems or accidents.
  • Track and file all pickup tickets and completed calls.
