Job summary

Rainmaker is shaping a new era of logistics for a pioneering cloud seeding program in water resources. The role leads the buildout of a logistics landscape spanning manufacturing, test facilities, and field operations.

As Logistics Director, you will define processes, systems, and standards, and craft programs and strategy to keep operations aligned, scalable, and efficient in support of growth and impact. You will partner with product, engineering, and field teams to ensure reliable supply

Rainmaker is pioneering a modern cloud seeding system to address water scarcity and inclement weather challenges worldwide. We develop and integrate radar validation, weather-resistant UAS, numerical weather modeling, and sustainable seeding agents into an effective precipitation enhancement solution.
