Job summary

New Life Metros in Dallas is hiring a Warehouse Delivery Associate to prepare and complete daily deliveries, manage stock, and support warehouse operations while delivering excellent customer service.

You will pull, pack, and verify orders, collect payments when required, operate forklifts or pallet jacks, and keep the workspace safe and organized. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–3 years delivery/warehouse experience, and a valid license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of delivery driver or warehouse experience required.
• Must have minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Must be 18+ to operate a CMV intrastate; 21+ for interstate.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Clean motor vehicle record with ≤3 violations in 3 years.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with basic Excel/database tasks.
• ERP or Salesforce automation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers and coordinate pickups.
• Pull, pack and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.
• Ensure invoices and delivery paperwork match items.
• Complete customer deliveries and core/return pickups.
• Collect payments, signatures and required documentation.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with inventory in the ERP system and organize stock.
• Label stock, monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Assist with loading/unloading delivery vehicles safely.
• Provide personable, professional customer service and effective communication.
