Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an experienced Driver for our Logistics division to distribute products and supplies across the state. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safe, timely deliveries and professional customer interactions.

Applicants should have 5+ years of delivery experience, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and the ability to operate refrigeration equipment and box trucks. A comprehensive benefits package with PTO is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Driver with 5+ years in commercial delivery.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; CDL license strongly preferred.
• Must have complete open availability for last-minute long-distance trips across the state.
• Experience operating commercial box trucks and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to drive in various weather and traffic conditions.
• Professional and respectful engagement with personnel, visitors, government agencies and the public.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport product between Trulieve facilities and various locations throughout the state.
• Work various hours with irregular shifts and days.
• Load and unload vehicles; prepare transportation manifests; obtain DOH signatures as required.
• Follow routes and time schedules.
• Maintain professional communication with customers for arrival times and status updates.
• Operate delivery vehicle and perform inspections.
• Seek and address feedback and resolve client complaints.
• Complete logs and reports; follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
