Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) seeks a Logistics Analyst to support the Army equipment turn-in site by analyzing and improving supply chain, property accountability, and transportation processes. You will generate reports for the Site Manager and QA staff, support audits, and drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma, while ensuring compliance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1 and ISO 9001:2015.

Position requires up to 75% travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years in logistics, supply chain, or Army property accountability operations.
• Experience with U.S. Army contractor or military supply/turn-in site preferred.
• Army supply and property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
• Army logistics systems: GCSS-Army, LMP, DPAS, TC-AIMS.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics data related to equipment receipt, inspection, inventory, and turn-in.
• Track KPIs such as processing times, inventory accuracy, loss/damage rates, and compliance metrics.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Site Manager, COR, and QA staff.
• Support audits, inspections, and government reporting requirements with accurate data.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in supply, accountability, and transportation workflows.
