Job summary

Henkel invites talented undergraduates in Bentonville, AR, to join a summer internship in the Consumer Brands unit. You will rotate through the Customer Excellence & Logistics Team, gaining hands-on data analysis experience with CPFR and transportation processes.

You will work with cross-functional teams, improve processes, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives while learning data-driven decision making in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in one of the listed fields.
• Familiarity with Excel; Power BI or similar analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete two rotations in the Customer Excellence & Logistics Team, including CPFR, customer service, deductions, or transportation.
• Analyze customer and internal data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.
• Assist in managing a portion of a CPFR analyst's portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to understand end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Learn and apply data-driven decision making in a dynamic business environment.
