Job summary

RTX is seeking a Logistics CORE OS and Engagement Analyst in Tucson to support logistics transformation through data analysis, dashboards, and project support mechanisms that drive data‑informed decision making. You will lead assigned workstreams, develop metrics, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote CORE OS methodologies and tools.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a university degree or higher, and U.S.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
Experience in logistics operations, supply chain, project management support, or process improvement.
Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, CORE OS).
Strong Power BI and advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query) skills.
Data visualization tools; dashboards/reports using Power BI, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
U.S. Citizen - ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage logistics-focused workstreams under CORE OS guidance.
Develop dashboards, metrics, and analytics tools.
Support stakeholders to drive adoption of CORE OS methods and tools.
Coordinate training, team communications, and engagement activities.
Assist in development of project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation.
Identify and support process improvement opportunities; contribute to waste elimination.
Drive portions of implementation including training and end-user readiness tracking.
Provide regular status updates and collaborate with data teams.
Serve as SME for assigned tools, data sets, and logistics processes.
Develop expertise in reporting technologies to enhance capabilities.
