Job summary

Thistle Health Inc. is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support daily onsite delivery operations from start to finish. You will be the first contact for drivers, verify routes, and coordinate with support teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

The role requires at least 2 years dispatch experience, a valid driver license, and the ability to obtain a CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days. A flexible schedule and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience as a dispatcher or related role; direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; valid driver license and proof of insurance.
• Must obtain CA Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries from trucks and/or cold storage.
• Route organization and staging; check-in drivers and distribute routes.
• Keep delivery driver roster up to date.
• Train and coach new and existing delivery drivers as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation and shift reports.
• Act as rescue and VIP delivery driver when needed.
• Conduct delivery driver interviews and assist with onboarding.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Logistics to review error reports.

Logistics Coordinators are often the first person delivery drivers meet in person, and they are a communication point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls from drivers.
