Responsibilities

• Master the Logistics Lifecycle: build loads, schedule pickup/delivery, vet carriers in digital platforms.
• Keep Freight Moving: call carriers, track shipments, provide real-time updates to shippers/customers.
• Carrier Sourcing & Outreach: build relationships, inquire about lane availability and capacity.
• Maintain Compliance & Documentation: verify insurance certificates, rate confirmations, carrier resources.
• Streamline Operations & Finance: assist branch accounting, issue payments, keep workflows smooth.
• Deliver 5-Star Service: uphold customer-first principles in all interactions.

Working alongside our Transportation Brokers, you will manage active loads, leverage high-speed tech tools, and ensure our supply chains run without a hitch. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Master the Logistics Lifecycle: Efficiently build loads, schedule pickup/delivery appointments, and set up vetted carriers within our digital platforms
• Keep Freight Moving: Proactively conduct update/check calls with carriers, track active shipments, and deliver real-time, critical updates to shippers and customers
• Carrier Sourcing & Outreach: Build strong relationships with carriers by inquiring about lane availability, equipment types, and capacity
• Maintain Compliance & Documentation: Ensure seamless record-keeping with exceptional attention to detail by requesting and verifying insurance certificates, handling rate confirmations, and keeping carrier resources updated
• Streamline Operations & Finance: Support branch accounting by matching invoices, issuing Com-checks or Quick Pays, and leveraging digital tools to keep daily office workflows running smoothly
