Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist (SNE) in Naperville, IL to provide logistics support including order entry, routing, and dispatch coordination.

The role offers a compensation range of $45,000–$50,000 per year, with potential bonus or commission pay depending on performance. You will enter loads into the TMS, monitor loads for on-time delivery, communicate with drivers and managers, and help resolve issues related to overages, shortages, or damages.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience required.
• General knowledge of the transportation industry desired.

Responsibilities

• Enter loads from customer tenders into the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken, and inform receivers and customers on status of loads.
• Monitor daily pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and good condition of loads.
