Job summary

KAG SERVICES INC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to schedule and track customer shipments, manage fleet and safety requirements, and coordinate with suppliers and carriers. The role emphasizes proactive issue resolution and accurate record-keeping in a fast-paced setting.

Based in North Canton, OH, the position requires strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Tanker transportation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in multi-compartment tanker transportation; concrete admixtures preferable but not required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient computer skills; able to operate in a fast-paced customer environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, prioritize, and manage customer orders and shipments.
• Oversee relationships with suppliers, wash, repair, NPPC facilities, carrier and render facilities.
• Initiate actions to resolve supply chain issues affecting customer shipments.
• Ensure deliveries and customer equipment comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Record and maintain files and records requested by the customer.
