The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and strong communication are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination or similar role.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, and supplier management.
• Schedule and dispatch trucks to locations in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Maintain records of dispatched calls and route changes.
• Determine equipment needs based on work specifications.
• Advise drivers about traffic issues and hazards.
• Monitor safety systems for driver safety.
• Oversee fleet and drivers.
• Collaborate with satellite locations on daily logistics and driver issues.

Job Summary:

Costy's Energy is looking for a highly motivated individual, detail-oriented and organized Logistic Coordinator to join our team. The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics operations, ensuring efficient transportation and dispatching multiple trucks in the oil and gas industry. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, and supplier management
• Schedule and dispatch trucks to appropriate locations in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Maintaining records of dispatched calls and route changes
• Determine type and amount of equipment required according to work specifications.
• Advise drivers about any traffic problems such as construction, accidents, weather conditions and other hazards.
• Monitor the cameras/safety system on internal truck to ensure drivers safety
• Oversee company’s fleet of trucks and drivers
• Work side by side with company’s satellite location on day to day logistical and driver issues

• Computer knowledge of Excel, Word, Google sheets and Google Drive
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity in their daily interactions with customers and co-workers
