Kawasaki Rail Car Lincoln, Inc. is seeking a full-time Logistics and Compliance Analyst at our manufacturing facility in Lincoln, NE.

The role supports daily import/export logistics, customs compliance, freight management, logistics analytics, and freight claims to ensure accurate and efficient shipments. The analyst will analyze logistics data to support production schedules, delivery requirements, cost containment, and continuous improvement, while reducing customs errors and transportation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, SCM, finance, or related field.
Proficient with computers and software.
Understanding of financial concepts in supply management.
Ability to identify resources and manage deliverables.
Certifications in logistics/compliance may require travel.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, transportation, shipment documentation, and customs clearance.
Analyze logistics data to support production schedules and timely delivery while containing costs.
Review logistics trends and performance data to identify process, cost, and service improvements.
Communicate logistics findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain customs, freight, and supporting documentation; manage freight claims.
