Job summary

KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG in Auburn, MA is seeking a Logistics Center Associate II to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, replenishment, picking, packing, and inventory movements using SAP and RF scanning.

This onsite role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and LEAN improvements, with a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM shift. Candidates should have 2+ years in warehousing and strong teamwork in fast‑paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, receiving, dock, or logistics experience.
• Experience using computers, warehouse management systems, scanners, or related applications.
• Ability to follow work instructions with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, replenishment, picking, packing, and inventory movements using SAP and RF scanning devices.
• Validate product accuracy and order integrity before releasing materials to inventory or shipment.
• Support inventory management activities, including inventory adjustments and material disposition processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 6S standards and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and completing improvement activities.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and wrapping machines following procedures.
• Cross-train across multiple functions and assist with transfers and replenishment.
