IDR, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Center Associate I to join our client in Auburn, Massachusetts. This hands-on role supports day-to-day logistics and material handling, ensuring accurate processing of customer returns and timely movement of inventory.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. This position offers growth within a leading organization and opportunities in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Formación

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory/logistics systems (ERP experience a plus).
• Ability to follow procedures, take direction, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing/walking, lifting/pushing/pulling).

Responsabilidades

• Support material handling, including processing and documenting customer returns with accuracy.
• Perform system transactions (ERP/SAP or similar) to record inventory movements and returns.
• Investigate discrepancies or return-related issues and resolve.
• Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards in a warehouse environment.
• Provide general logistics support and assist across functions to meet daily priorities.
