Job summary

Kroger is hiring for a warehouse associate in Cleveland, TN. The role focuses on filling retail store orders accurately, safely, and efficiently while operating industrial equipment. You will wrap orders, palletize, and prepare them for shipping to Kroger stores.

Qualified candidates are able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in ambient or refrigerated environments, and commit to weekends, nights, and overtime as needed. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, overtime and holidays on a regular basis.
• Walk, stand, bend, push/pull for long periods with urgency.
• Lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Work in ambient or refrigerated environments for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Execute duties within established engineered labor standards.
• Complete store order assignments according to warehouse methods.
• Follow voice commands/read orders to confirm correct case numbers and quantities.
• Place cases on pallet and arrange to minimize damage for safe delivery to stores.
• Wrap orders and deliver to shipping dock.
• Comply with safety, attendance and company policies.
