Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of constraints and propose measures.
• Prepare inventory reports and analyze trends (bank tracking, FG levels).
• Assist with measure tracking and monthly reporting to VM management.
• Support Material Flow by tracking AMR/AGV activity and recommend automation.
• Develop cost justifications for automation via Total Cost of Ownership analyses.
• Communicate with cross-functional departments on AMR/Materials projects.
• Work on process standardizations within the LOG department.
• Troubleshoot production, product and material issues; support KPI reporting.
• Collaborate on Power BI reporting tools and cross-department projects.
