Thistle is seeking a Logistics Associate to support daily onsite route distribution. You’ll help unload deliveries, organize routes, and assist delivery drivers to keep our operations running smoothly.

As the first on-site contact for drivers, you’ll coordinate load-out, ensure accuracy, and communicate discrepancies to management. This role is essential to timely, organized deliveries and customer satisfaction.

About The Role

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Associates monitor daily onsite route distribution from start to finish. Logistics Associates load/unload trucks and stage routes for our delivery drivers. Logistics Associates are often the first person delivery drivers meet in person. Logistics Associates facilitate driver load out.
