Job summary

Insight is seeking a Logistics Associate II to join our Hanover Park warehouse. In this onsite role, you will operate a Crown stand-up forklift and cherry picker to receive, locate, and move products, while ensuring orders are filled accurately and safely.

You will off-load shipments, document inbound deliveries, prepare orders for shipment, and help maintain a clean, organized receiving floor. The position requires attention to safety, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience and 1 year with Crown stand-up and cherry picker.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• Basic computer experience and understanding of receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

• Off-load daily shipments and staging in receiving area.
• Count inbound deliveries and document accuracy; maintain forklifts.
• Pick customer orders for shipment with correct items and quantities.
• Weigh orders, inspect, and load trucks for dispatch.
• Label, shrink-wrap, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Operate forklift, hand jacks, and scanning devices; keep area clean.

About the role

Insight is seeking a talented Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. As a Forklift Driver,you'lloperatea forklift to receive,locate, and move products throughout the warehouse, fill customer orders with accuracy, and transport them to the truck line shipping area.You'llalso perform quality control checks to ensure the complete order isaccurate.We'relooking for someone who is accountable, safety-conscious, productive, and motivated to exceed company standards. You will get to:

• Off-load daily shipments and stage them properly onreceivingfloor.
• Accurately count and document inbound deliveries and perform proper maintenance on all forklifts.
• Pick customer orders for shipment, making sure the correct number and type of product is picked, packed, and shipped.
• Weigh orders, inspect, and load trucks and assemblevarious typesof merchandise for shipment.
• Label, mark, and shrink-wrap orders as requested, ensuring that order item quantity and item types areaccurate.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety, adhering to safetystandardsand reporting any unsafe conditionsimmediately.
• Operate hand jacks, shrink wrapping equipment, and forklift trucks, process orders on PC or handheld scanning unit, andmaintaina clean and orderly work area.
• Assistinmaintainingthe security of the warehouse andcomplywithOSHA and MSDS Standards.

What were looking for:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience and 1 year of experience with Crown stand-up andcherry picker.
• Ability to lift 50lbs consistently.
• Knowledge of receiving, warehouse, and safety procedures and some computer experience.
• Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints withina timelyfashion.
• Accountability andsafety-consciousness, motivated to exceed company standards.
• Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill/perform the essential job functions
