Insight is seeking a Logistics Associate II to join our Fort Worth warehouse team. This onsite role operates a forklift to receive, locate, and move products, and to fill orders with accuracy while maintaining safety.

You will perform quality checks, document inbound deliveries, use a handheld scanner, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace. The ideal candidate has a GED or high school diploma, at least 6 months of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience and 1 year with Crown stand-up and cherry picker.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• Knowledge of receiving, warehouse, and safety procedures and some computer experience.
• Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills.
• Accountability and safety-consciousness, motivated to exceed company standards.

Responsabilidades

• Off-load daily shipments and stage them properly on receiving floor.
• Accurately count and document inbound deliveries and perform proper maintenance on all forklifts.
• Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type of product.
• Weigh orders, inspect, and load trucks and assemble various merchandise for shipment.
• Label, mark, and shrink-wrap orders as requested, ensuring quantities are accurate.
• Conduct operations safely, adhering to safety standards and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Operate hand jacks, shrink wrap equipment, and forklift trucks; use PC or handheld scanner; keep area clean.
• Maintain warehouse security and comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.

About the role

Insight is seeking a talented Logistics Associate II to join our warehouse team. As a Logistics Associate II, you'll operate a forklift to receive, locate, and move products throughout the warehouse, fill customer orders with accuracy, and transport them to the truck line shipping area. You'll also perform quality control checks to ensure the complete order is accurate. We're looking for someone who is accountable, safety-conscious, productive, and motivated to exceed company standards. You will get to:

• Off-load daily shipments and stage them properly onreceivingfloor.
• Accurately count and document inbound deliveries and perform proper maintenance on all forklifts.
• Pick customer orders for shipment, making sure the correct number and type of product is picked, packed, and shipped.
• Weigh orders, inspect, and load trucks and assemblevarious typesof merchandise for shipment.
• Label, mark, and shrink-wrap orders as requested, ensuring that order item quantity and item types areaccurate.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety, adhering to safetystandardsand reporting any unsafe conditionsimmediately.
• Operate hand jacks, shrink wrapping equipment, and forklift trucks, process orders on PC or handheld scanning unit, andmaintaina clean and orderly work area.
• Assistinmaintainingthe security of the warehouse andcomplywithOSHA and MSDS Standards.
