Job summary

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Logistics Associate to join a leading logistics and warehousing team in Whitsett, NC. You will support shipping, receiving, stocking and general maintenance, contributing to efficient warehouse operations.

The role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail and the ability to work a 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday with overtime as needed. Prior warehousing experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, noisy warehouse environment.
• Warehouse, manufacturing or transportation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including picking, repacking, and shipping small parcels and LTL freight.
• Operate pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts for loading and unloading.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking inventory.
• Participate in general maintenance and cycle counting to maintain warehouse standards.
• Support sorting, replenishment, and other operational duties.

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a dedicated Logistics Associate to join their team. As a Logistics Associate, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting various functions including shipping, receiving, stocking, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will help you thrive and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Associate

Location: Whitsett, NC

Pay Range: $23.69/hr

Shift: 2nd shift, 3pm - 11:30pm, Monday through Friday with overtime as required

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including picking, repacking, and shipping small parcels and LTL freight

• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts for loading and unloading

• Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking inventory to ensure smooth warehouse flow

• Participate in general maintenance activities and cycle counting to maintain warehouse standards

• Support component sorting, replenishment, and other operational duties as assigned
