Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Novi, MI is seeking an entry-level Logistics Coordinator to support customer needs, answer phones, manage emails, and learn our transportation systems.

You will collaborate with warehouse staff, assist with scheduling, billing, and document handling, with opportunities to grow as you gain experience in a fast-paced, team-powered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; prior experience in shipping or transportation coordination advantageous but not necessary.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research for both customer and driver documentation.
• File and scan driver documentation.
• Perform basic audits to review vendor invoices to minimize discrepancies.

Pay Range Between $20 - $22 an hr Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM

* On-Site Required Tuesday - Thursday
