Job summary

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is seeking a Logistics Assistant based in our Kent, WA office to coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, tools, and vehicles to multiple job sites. This fast-paced warehouse and fleet environment rewards safety, ownership, and growth opportunities with greater autonomy.

You'll work with project teams across commercial buildings and support logistics operations. The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to operate a box truck and forklift,

Logistics Assistant: This is where you come in.

We're looking for a Logistics Assistant to coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, tools, and vehicles to various jobsite locations. This is a fast-paced warehouse and fleet environment where communication and safety are top priorities. • Communicate effectively between trades, field teams, and departments at the shop to ensure deliveries are made accurately and on time.

The Logistics Assistant reports to Meghan Marquardt, Service Logistics Manager, as part of a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and departments across the organization.

Compensation:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
