Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a senior Logistics and Sustainment Operations Officer to support F-35 program leadership with authoritative research and analysis for timely, informed decisions.

You will collaborate with program offices, major commands, sustainment stakeholders, and external partners to drive sustainment strategies across a globally deployed capability. This is a senior role requiring extensive DoD logistics experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DoD acquisition, logistics, sustainment, or related fields.
• Experience supporting senior DoD leaders, program managers, or enterprise-level sustainment organizations.
• Experience with military aviation or weapon system sustainment.
• Knowledge of DoD IPS elements and sustainment policy.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and clearly communicate complex logistics information for executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced SES environment.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will serve as a senior logistics analyst supporting high-level decision processes, enterprise sustainment integration, program planning, and readiness assessments. You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in DoD acquisition, logistics, sustainment, maintenance management, or supportability analysis

• Experience supporting senior DoD leaders, program managers, or enterprise-level sustainment organizations

• Experience with military aviation or weapon system sustainment

• Knowledge of DoD Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements and sustainment policy

• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and clearly communicate complex logistics information for executive audiences

• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced SES support environment

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience with F-35 sustainment or in the F-35 Joint Program Office

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
