Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a Logistics Analyst to apply analytical methods and a suite of tools to understand, predict, and control logistics operations. You will manage data, analyze performance, and develop recommendations to support logistics goals.

The role requires self-starter, detail orientation, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong communication. Collaboration across teams and vendors is essential, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong analytical focus.
• Experience with Six Sigma or process improvement is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, Visio).
• Advanced skills in Mini-Tab, Access, SQL, and Visual Basic for data acquisition and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze reports to support business execution.
• Develop business tools and solutions based on knowledge, product or technology and identifies Logistics process improvement.
• Supports vendor/business partner relationships.
• Develops and maintains cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models
• Performs data management through data mining, data modeling, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis and/or problem analysis; while executing day to day processes related to area of responsibility.
• Supports the business through ad-hoc queries, and maintains reports from a variety of resources as specific to department or organizational needs
