Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) seeks a Logistics Analyst – Site to support equipment turn-in and related supply chain, property accountability, and transportation processes. You will analyze data, monitor KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and accountability of government property.

You will report to Site Manager and QA staff, support audits, and help implement Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement initiatives at the site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; military logistics experience accepted.
3–5 years in logistics, supply chain, or Army property accountability.
Experience with Army contractor or military supply/turn-in site preferred.
Experience with Army regulations AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1.

Responsibilities

Analyze logistics data related to equipment receipt, inspection, inventory, and turn-in.
Track KPIs such as processing times, inventory accuracy, loss/damage, and compliance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports for Site Manager and QA staff.
Support audits, inspections, and government reporting with accurate data.
Identify bottlenecks and develop corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Support ISO 9001:2015 compliance and site SOP development.
Validate property records and ensure compliance with Army regs and contracts.
Analyze transportation data to support movement planning and cargo docs.
