Job summary

Panduit is seeking a Logistics Analyst to drive end-to-end supply chain performance across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery. You will transform data into action, uncover root causes, and implement improvements that deliver measurable results.

You will lead strategic projects, collaborate with global teams, and optimize inventory for new product launches and discontinuations, leveraging SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and Lean methods.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of SQL, BI tools and Lean principles desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, source, make, and deliver products using data-driven analysis to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Lead and execute strategic supply chain projects, serving as a subject matter expert to support global initiatives.
• Optimize service, cost, quality, and KPIs through continuous improvement and targeted supply chain solutions.
• Optimize Oracle system parameters and inputs to improve planning outputs; conduct SKU-level forecast reviews using Demantra data.
• Represent Supply Chain in product lifecycle management and develop inventory strategies for new product launches and discontinuations.
