Job summary

International Motors USA in San Antonio seeks a Logistics Analyst - Night Shift to support day-to-day supply chain and production initiatives.

You will own data analysis for upcoming products, define forecast layouts, and maintain Lean Material Flow practices. Night shift is Monday through Thursday 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM with a 10% shift differential as the plant ramps up in early 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with no experience or at least 2 years in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, ERP, and Power BI is desirable.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own data analysis for upcoming products and forecast-based layout definitions.
• Develop and maintain layouts for Supply Chain work areas.
• Set up new parts in the system and maintain standard work instructions.
• Deploy Lean Material Flow strategies at the plant and supporting warehouse.
• Support Line Feeding and Factory Feeding teams and troubleshoot deviations.

International has an exciting opportunity for Logistics Analyst - Night Shift. The Analyst is accountable to support the day-to-day activities, interfacing with Supply Chain and Production initiatives.
As International Motors continues to grow in San Antonio, we are expanding our production operations with the introduction of a night production shift. The night shift is Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with production planned to begin in early 2027. This is a salaried position supporting a manufacturing operation. While the primary schedule aligns with the designated production shift, employees are expected to provide operational support as needed to meet business objectives. This may require working outside normal production hours, including extended shifts, production startup activities, recovery efforts, and occasional weekend support based on operational requirements.

Shift Differential:

10% differential upon transitioning to Night Shift work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of data analysis for upcoming products (jobs)
• Presentation type definition based on forecast
• Develop and maintain layouts for Supply Chain-managed areas.
• Set up new parts in the system.
• Establish and maintain standard work instructions for plant specific materials team members
• Deployment and keep of Lean Material Flow strategies at the plant and supporting warehouse
• Support Line Feeding and Factory Feeding teams
• Troubleshoot daily operational deviations.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Projects & Activities
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and no experience
  

OR

• At least 2 years of supply chain or manufacturing experience
