Position Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Analyst - Mid to support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), lifecycle sustainment, and configuration management efforts for a Navy program within the PEO C4I portfolio. This role contributes directly to system readiness, fielding, and long-term sustainment by ensuring accurate logistics data, documentation, and coordination across the system lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting DoD acquisition or sustainment programs and is comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional environments alongside engineering, configuration management, installation, and government stakeholders. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage logistics data and documentation, and a proactive approach to supporting program deliverables and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of logistics products, including Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), ILS Certifications, and provisioning documentation.
• Maintain and update logistics and configuration data within Navy systems (e.g., CDMD-OA, MBPS, SPIDER, NDE).
• Assist with provisioning, sparing analysis, and Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) activities.
• Track and support DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages) efforts.
• Coordinate inputs for logistics certifications, data calls, and program deliverables.
• Prepare logistics reports, schedules, and briefing materials for government stakeholders.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, and cross-functional coordination meetings.
• Track logistics actions, deliverables, and milestones to ensure compliance with NAVWAR and Navy ILS policies.
• Support configuration tracking and documentation to ensure alignment with system baselines and fielding activities.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment supporting system modernization, installation, and sustainment efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience supporting DoD logistics, acquisition, or sustainment programs.
• Familiarity with Navy logistics systems such as MBPS, SPIDER, NDE, PARTS, or CDMD-OA.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams supporting engineering, logistics, installation, or configuration management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing logistics data and documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and government stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting NAVWAR, PEO C4I, or similar Navy acquisition programs.
• Familiarity with ILS certifications, provisioning processes, and lifecycle sustainment planning.
• Experience supporting shipboard or shore-based installation and fielding efforts.
• Understanding of Navy or DoD logistics policies and standards.
