We are seeking a Logistics Analyst - Mid to support lifecycle logistics, sustainment, and configuration management activities within a Department of Defense program. Candidate must reside within 50 miles of San Diego, CA, with the ability to work onsite as required.
Intrinsic First was founded on the academic theories associated with intrinsic motivation; everything starts from within. Intrinsic motivation generates vitality and is formed through choice (autonomy), competency (growth), and community (purpose and interaction). Our mission is to make the world a better place to work through leadership development, transparent communication, and positive interactions. We believe in trust, transparency, equity, balance, proactivity, growth, and fun. With a focus on exceptional people and exceptional operations, Intrinsic First creates a sustainable and positive culture.
Intrinsic First is focused on improving leadership and workplace culture. Our work is grounded in the science of motivation: people do their best work when three basic needs are supported: choice, competency, and community. When people have a sense of ownership in their work, feel capable and growing in their skills, and experience real connection with others, both individuals and organizations perform at their best.
We partner with government organizations to strengthen both people and systems. We support critical mission operations that enable our government partners to deliver on their objectives. Internally, we practice what we teach. Our culture is built on trust, transparency, equity, balance, proactivity, growth, and fun. We take our work seriously, but we also believe that great work happens when people feel supported, respected, and able to contribute in meaningful ways.
