Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, negotiation, execution, and administration of transportation and logistics contracts.
• Assist with railroad tariff rate structures across multiple commodities and units.
• Support transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations and provide guidance to teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze transport and logistics data to identify trends and improve network performance.
• Develop logistics models, forecasts, and performance metrics for planning and cost analysis.
• Monitor logistics activities to ensure service levels and internal controls.
• Maintain logistics databases and reporting systems for data accuracy and governance.
• Resolve complex customer, carrier, and contract issues while minimizing risk.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve service.
