Job summary

HEPCO Inc in Michigan is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support combat vehicle programs, developing maintenance procedures and analyzing technical data.

You will enter maintenance task data into PowerLog-J or SLICwave, review technical publications for compliance, and assist in BDAR tasks while coordinating with customers during reviews.

The role requires reading drawings, knowledge of military standards, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; on-site work in Sterling Heights, MI is expected.

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or two years with an associate degree.
• Ability to read, interpret, and redline engineering drawings.
• General understanding of military technical manuals, parts manuals, and maintenance requirements.
• Knowledge of military standards/regulations used to develop LMI data (GEIA-STD-0007, AR 700-82, AR 750-1, AR 750-10, MIL-STD-40051, MIL-PRF-63002).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro, including markup tools.
• Understanding of relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop operator and maintenance procedures using drawings, models, schematics and legacy data.
• Enter maintenance task data into PowerLog-J or SLICwave per military standards.
• Assist in developing troubleshooting logic trees, PMCS, and BDAR tasks.
• Review and mark up technical publication work packages for compliance with military standards.
• Incorporate configuration changes from design/manufacturing discrepancies and test incident reports.
• Generate, maintain, and update Maintenance Allocation Charts (LSA-004) and Task Analysis Summaries (LSA-019).
• Analyze technical data packages for maintenance and logistics usability and track related problem reports.
• Support Repair Parts and Special Tools List (LSA-030) and Provisioning Master Record (LSA-036).
• Identify illustration requirements and recommend Logistics Management Information formatting guidelines per customer requirements.
• Maintain workflow charts, compile Earned Value status, and review Contract Data Requirements List deliverables.
• Participate in customer meetings, validations, verifications, logistics demonstrations, and program reviews.
