Flex is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Columbia, South Carolina, to coordinate transportation, inventory, warehousing, and distribution, reporting to the Logistics Manager. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to improve delivery performance, optimize costs, and enhance inventory accuracy through data analysis and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in materials or related fields; manufacturing or trade knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 3+ years of experience in materials or related field.
• A background in manufacturing or trade, compliance, tariffs are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Track product flows from origin to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate movement of materials and inventory.
• Develop and maintain logistics performance reports and key metrics, including on-time delivery, transportation costs, and order fulfillment rates.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize service levels, improve operational efficiency, and minimize costs.
• Maintain logistics databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
