Job summary

A logistics solutions company is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join their team in Norfolk, VA. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on experience with the Navy shipboard supply system, knowledge of MILSTRIP, and proficiency in various software including MSE/IHS and MS Office Suite. The role includes managing inventory, monitoring material status, and conducting receipt inspections. • Reviews work specification packages and RCCs;
• Monitors material status;
• Performs on-site receipt inspections;
• Manages inventory and material staging;
• Tracks requisitions;
• Inputs excess/future-use material into MAT database

Experience:

• 6 yrs full-time hands‑on experience with Navy shipboard supply system
• Knowledge of MILSTRIP and open purchase procurement
