Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Logistics Project Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end logistics initiatives, drive cost reduction, and implement SOPs with a data-driven mindset.

You will build dashboards using Power BI and Excel, coordinate with external providers, and drive SLA performance while coordinating across teams to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery.

The role requires PMP/CAPM credentials or equivalent, and experience with WMS and project management tools like Jira/Asana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Operations Management.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with WMS, transportation systems, or logistics platforms.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities with internal teams and partners.
• Act as a key liaison to ensure effective communication and issue resolution across teams.
• Analyze logistics and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, Power Apps) to track performance.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis efforts with data-driven insights.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to improve service levels and reliability.
