Job summary

NOVA Technologies is seeking a logistics professional to support the C-130J MATS program at Little Rock AFB, AR. The role involves handling supply, purchasing, invoicing, inventory, and data integrity in an accurate, compliant environment.

You will execute FIAR requirements, support audits, manage property accountability, and coordinate shipments with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness while adhering to security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent related experience in lieu of a four-year degree.
• Minimum five years' experience in the U.S. Air Force Supply arena.
• Knowledge of integrated logistics support, asset management, compliance and auditability, ISO quality standards, ITAR compliance.

Job description

Support the C-130J MATS Logistics Program at Little Rock AFB by helping execute supply, purchasing, invoicing, inventory, property-accountability, shipment, audit, and logistics-system activities in an accurate and organized manner.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support FIAR requirements, inventory activities, data conversion and cleansing, valuation/CFO reporting, and daily transaction reporting.
• Maintain inventory-system updates and support initial spares acceptance, inventory audits, and property accountability.
• Prepare purchase requests; order, purchase, and track materials through invoice completion.
• Generate and maintain work orders, RMA/repair requests, and quotes.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments, including ITAR export and import shipments that may require customs clearance.
• Support disposition and turn-in of end-of-life and unserviceable equipment.
• Process PIEE cases from beginning to end and perform compliance audits as needed.
• Provide logistics and administrative support to the CLS Manager and Logistics Manager while complying with information-security requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business management, supply chain, a technical subject matter, or related field, or four years of equivalent related experience in lieu of a four-year degree; minimum five years' experience in the U.S. Air Force Supply arena; knowledge of integrated logistics support, asset management, compliance and auditability, ISO quality standards, ITAR compliance, and U.S. Air Force supply practices.
• Experience with C-130J MATS logistics support.
• Experience with FIAR requirements, PIEE processing, and inventory audits.
• Experience with TC Max, ULLS-A-E/back shops, TMDE/IMD, and DRMO disposition processes.
• Experience with Government property accountability, supplier management, and import/export shipment coordination.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

POSITION DETAILS

Location: Little Rock AFB, AR

Schedule: Full-time, salaried exempt, on-site position aligned to Government site hours; expected to work at least 80 hours per payroll period. Evening, weekend, overtime, or work outside Government site hours may be required for program support.

Travel: 5%+ to various locations for site inventory audits or compliance requirements.

Security and access: Active Secret Security Clearance required.
