Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our team at the Hanover, MD location. The role focuses on inventory management, asset tracking, and coordinating shipping/receiving of laboratory equipment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience with ERP/WMS systems, proficiency with barcode scanners, and strong Excel skills. A current TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with a High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS software.
• Proficiency with barcode scanners.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Inventory Management and reconciliation of purchase orders and receipt of purchases.
• Maintaining a catalog of equipment that can be purchased on the contract
• Assisting and reporting on equipment for projects and refresh.
• Asset Management database analysis and maintenance.
• Asset reporting and reconciliation between multiple systems.
• Shipping and receiving of equipment.
• Reports weekly sent to Regional Logistics Manager
• Travel to other sites to assist in duties
• Performs other, related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with a High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS software
• Proficiency with barcode scanners,
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in ServiceNow.
• Experience performing logistics functions in a cleared environment.
• Database design
• Technical writing
• Experience in Jira system

Clearance Requirements

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move and lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
