Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Clerk for the Montgomery, NY area on the 1st shift. You will provide administrative, inventory and clerical support to site management and corporate, perform daily data entry and prepare shipments.

You must be comfortable in a warehouse environment and stay organized in a fast-paced setting. The role requires a high school diploma, strong computer literacy with Excel/Word/Outlook, and the ability to work with limited supervision while maintaining accuracy and

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Prior office/clerical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, inventory and clerical support to site management and corporate office.
• Perform data entry of daily information into Capstone systems.
• Prepare shipments to corporate office and receive and distribute return communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
