Qualifications

• Ten years of airborne ISR logistics experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, author, and maintain logistics documentation such as LORA, LRFS, and LSA.
• Track, control, and audit material movement; ensure items are tagged and audit-ready.
• Support procurement; assist with documentation and market research.
• Manage maintenance planning, ECP process, and interim support for life strategies.
• Perform QA to meet contractual obligations and prepare monthly MSRs.
• Collaborate with engineering, acquisition, and supply chain teams; travel is required.

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistician to lead and optimize lifecycle logistics support for advanced airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems. In this critical role, you will apply your deep expertise in Department of War (DoW) systems engineering, acquisition policies, and supply chain management to execute complex logistics strategies and manage Government Furnished Material (GFM) storage and audits.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Documentation & Planning: Analyze, author, and maintain critical documentation, including Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Logistics Requirements Funding Summary (LRFS), and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA).
• Material & Inventory Control: Track, control, and audit material movement; resolve inventory-tracking discrepancies; and ensure all property items are tagged, recorded, and completely audit-ready.
• Procurement Support: Track the status of Procurement Requests (PRs), assist technical experts with procurement documentation, and conduct market research to compare costs, value, and availability.
• Lifecycle & Configuration Management: Manage maintenance planning, navigate the Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) process, and implement Interim Support for Life strategies to maximize system readiness.
• Quality Assurance & Reporting: Perform Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure contractual obligations are met, and complete monthly status reports (MSRs).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, acquisition, and supply chain teams to align logistics products with DoW milestones.
• Travel: Required for this position.

Experience

• Minimum of ten (10) years airborne ISR systems logistics support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Adobe.

Education Requirements

Master's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

(Note): Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent On the Job (OJT) experience substitution is acceptable.
