Job summary

Dayton T. Brown, Inc. is seeking a Logistician to join our Technical Services Division in a fully remote role. You will translate complex requirements into practical logistics solutions and develop MTA and PTD while supporting PSA and customer guidance for a diverse portfolio of programs.

The position focuses on supporting domestic and international customers, offers flexibility for occasional overtime and travel, and is an individual contributor role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of direct experience supporting MTA or PTD development.
• Experience in product development and sustainment of aerospace or defense systems.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-1388-2B or GEIA-STD-0007.
• >3 years' experience with product support databases such as SLICwave, EAGLE, or Power LOG-J.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• US Citizenship

Brown, a recognized leader in Engineering & Test | Logistics | Technical Publications | Military Mission Systems, we're looking for a skilled Logistician to join our Technical Services Division. This is your opportunity to contribute to high-impact programs supporting both domestic and international customers-while working alongside a talented, collaborative team.

In this role, you'll partner with the Product Support Program Manager to support proposals, Product Support Analysis (PSA), and customer guidance and training across a diverse portfolio of programs. You'll play a key role in translating complex requirements into actionable logistics solutions that deliver real value to our customers.

You will develop Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) and Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD), applying a broad range of engineering tools and software. Just as importantly, you'll serve as a trusted resource to customers-guiding them in achieving their Product Support Analysis goals through best practices, while successfully managing multiple priorities.

This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to Product Support proposals, giving you visibility across the full program lifecycle.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a remote environment, manages time effectively, and communicates clearly with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Flexibility is key, as occasional overtime and limited travel (less than 10%) may be required. This is an individual contributor role with meaningful impact and room to grow.
